I really wasn't real pleased with them simply because of their pricing structure and there was a misunderstanding with that. I found them not to be to my liking. I do have a housekeeper, and she's a private individual and it's worked much better for me. They came in, and they did some cleaning, and I had never paid anywhere near that to have my house cleaned. They send people and it bills at so much per hour per person, and so I paid a whole lot more for housecleaning than I think I should have had to have paid than I would have paid with anybody else. So, again it was a misunderstanding for pricing and it was a little frustrating to e, so I decided not to use them anymore. I think the work was acceptable. There was just a little interaction with the housekeeping staff. I do know that one of the ladies was on the phone when she was here cleaning and that was frustrating because if I'm paying by the hour I want people to be cleaning, not talking on their phone. So, that was one of my frustrations the pricing and that they had someone on the phone when she's supposed to be cleaning. I'm paying an hourly rate kind of a point of sensitivity with me; I didn't like that. If you're paying that much, they should have just gone and been exceptional and they weren't. I didn't think they were any better than anyone I could use and they cost a lot of money because it's an hourly fee per person. I may be wrong, but I don't feel like they made a whole lot of effort to rectify or to make me as a customer that they were being responsive to me.Overall it was an experience that I didn't want to repeat, and I made the decision not to have them back. They did get here when they were supposed to. They shouldn't have been on the phone when they're here to clean.
